UPDATED: Loaded Field Awaits Beavers at Clemson Invitational

UPDATE: Due to inclement weather all of the racing that was scheduled for Friday has been canceled. Racing will now start at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning. Live results, and live stream links can be found below.
CORVALLIS – The No. 18-ranked Oregon State University women's rowing team heads across the country to race this weekend at the Clemson Invitational on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina.
Five Oregon State crews – Varsity 8, Second Varsity 8, Third Varsity 8, Varsity 4+ and Second Varsity 4+ - will compete against 20 other teams from all across the country in a three-race event.
Six ranked teams, including the No. 18 Beavers, grace the field of competition: No. 10 Virginia, No. 12 Wisconsin, No. 17 Duke, No. 19 Syracuse, No. 20 Alabama. Additionally, six schools who are receiving votes will be on the water.
The schedule currently has three sessions with each crew racing in each session. The initial session is slated for Friday morning with the final session scheduled for Saturday morning.
However, there is inclement weather that is supposed to hit the area on Friday, which may cause changes to the schedule. Updates will be announced via our Twitter: @BeaverWRowing
