Beavers Fall to Bruins

Los Angeles, Calif. – The Oregon State women's soccer team fell to No. 5 UCLA 6-0 Thursday evening in Los Angeles.
The Beavers' back line held firm through the early phases of the contest, but the Bruins took the lead in the 31st minute on a penalty kick. UCLA netted a second on a penalty kick just before the break to head to the intermission up 2-0.
The Bruins tallied a third early in the second half. They would tack on two more in the 53rd and 64th minute, before a third penalty kick goal in the 83rd extended the advantage to six.
The Beavers will remain in the Southland this weekend, as they will take on USC on Sunday.
