Beavers Look To Keep It Rolling Saturday

THE GAME: Oregon State (7-1) looks for its sixth-straight win when it hosts the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions (1-7) at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Gill Coliseum.

It will also be the 6th Annual Teddy Bear Toss game. Fans are encouraged to bring a new or slightly used stuffed animal and throw on the court at halftime. All of the stuffed animals will be donated to youth in need this holiday season.

Oregon State won the first meeting, 74-56, on Dec. 4, 1998 and the second meeting, 77-63, on Dec. 13, 2013. The Beavers won the most recent meeting, 85-58, on Dec. 9, 2017 when Tres Tinkle and Drew Eubanks scored 19 points apiece, and Alfred Hollins added 13.

Oregon State hasn't had a game since Dec. 1 when it defeated Portland State, 81-76, at Gill Coliseum. The last time the Beavers had 13 days between games was the 2015-16 NCAA Tournament season when they defeated Quinnipiac, 82-61, on Dec. 21 and Oregon, 70-57, on Jan. 3. Both of those games were played at Gill Coliseum.
