- Placed third overall and won her heat at the NCAA West Regionals in the steeplechase
- Scored nine points for Oregon State at the Pac-12 championships with a runner-up finish in the steeplechase and
- Raced to first in the steeplechase at the Oregon State High Performance Meet
- Outraced a loaded field that included an Olympian to win the 1,500m in 4:14.76 at the Oregon Twilight
- Raced to the school record in the 3,000 meters and the mile over a historic season
- Earned second-team All-America honors in both the 3,000m and the mile
- Placed 10th in the 3K and 12th in the mile at the national championships
- Finished second in the mile at the Razorback Invite and fourth at the Ken Shannon Invite

- No. 4 in the OSU record book for the 800m with a time of 2:08.20 at the Lewis and Clark Invitational
- Claimed the first place spot in the 3000m at the 2022 Pac-12 Invitational and became the OSU record holder with a time of 8:58.39
- Led OSU to a fourth place finish in the Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, bagging another No. 1 spot in the OSU record books
- An All-American in the Distance Medley Relay (1st Team) and 3000m (2nd Team)

- Competed in five meets for OSU
- Took third at the Pac-12 Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a new school record of 9:48.30
- Posted the second-fastest 5K time in program history at the Hayward Premiere, 16:00.52 to finish ninth
- Recorded a time of 4:20.17 at the second Lewis and Clark Invite to finish second, the third-best mark in school history
- Won the 800m at the second Lewis and Clark Invite with a time of 2:12.10
- Claimed first in the 3,000m steeplechase at the OSU High Performance meet, finishing in 9:57.40
- Finished sixth at the Iowa State Classic with a 5K time of 16:12.32, second-fastest in school history

- Won her college debut at the CWU Invite, finishing 5 kilometers at Rotary Park in 18:03
- Also made the top 10 at the Charles Bowles Invite (7th), the Inland Empire Championships (7th) and the WWU Classic (6th)
- Ran to a 4th-place finish in the Class 6A (large school) Oregon state meet as a senior in 2017, finishing 5K in 18:04 and helping Sprague take 7th place as a team in the 18-school meet
- Her time was a 46-second drop from the 18:50 she posted as a junior on the same state course at Lane Community College in Eugene
- That junior year time led to another impressive state finish, as she took 12th
- Won a regular-season meet against McKay and Forest Grove as a senior
- Holds the school record at Astoria HS in 800m (2:16) and 1500m (4:41)

- Started running track in middle school, and cross country as a sophomore in high school when the distance coach convinced her to give it a try in order to stay in shape for track
- Previously played basketball and volleyball, and played soccer for one year
- Favorite sports to watch are basketball and track
- Has dual citizenship in Germany and America
- Favorite healthy food is oatmeal with peanut butter, walnuts, and banana
- Favorite TV show is "The Office."
