- Put together one of the best seasons ever by an Oregon State runner, earning first-team All-American honors and winning two Pac-12 Championships
- Placed 6th nationally in the 3,000m Steeplechase to score at the meet for the first time
- Won Oregon State’s first-ever Pac-12 championships with a mark of 9:39.23 in the steeplechase and 16:01.78 in the 5,000 meters
- Held NCAA qualifying times and top-20 national marks in the 1,500m, 3,000m Steeplechase and 5,000m at the regular season’s end
- Established the national collegiate lead and OSU school record with a 15:30.55 in the 5,000m at the Stanford Invite
Indoor:
- A second-team All-American in the 3,000m, finishing 12th overall at the NCAA Indoor National Championships
- Recorded Oregon State’s no. 2 marks in the mile (4:34.32) and 3,000m (8:55.71)
- Ran the mile three times during the season, never recording worse than a 4:35.72
Outdoor:
- Earned second-team All-America honors with a 10th place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing with a PB of 9:37.56 (No. 2 all-time at OSU)
- Finished fourth in the Pac-12 with a 9:57.42 mark in the steeple
- Posted her best time in the 800 meters with a 2:11.17 at the Lewis & Clark Invite
Indoor:
- An All-American in both the Distance Medley Relay (1st Team) and the 3,000m (2nd Team)
- Placed ninth in the 3,000m at the NCAA Championships, stopping the clock in 9:05.13
- Clocked the second-best time in school history in the 3,000m with a 9:00.87 at the 2022 Pac-12 Invitational
- Along with three others, placed fourth at the NCAA Championships in the DMR with a 10:58.76
- Helped shatter the previous school record in the DMR, outpacing it by nearly 30 seconds with a 10:57.35 at the Pac-12 Invite
- Posted the No. 3 time on the OSU Indoor list with a 4:41.62 performance in the mile at the Husky Classic

- Competed in five meets for OSU
- Qualified for her first NCAA Outdoor National Championships by taking seventh at regionals with the second-fastest time in program history in the 3,000m steeplechase, 9:50.40
- Posted the second-fastest 1,500m time in program history, 4:20.01, at the second Lewis and Clark Invite to win the event
- Set a new program record in the 5K with a time of 15:58.93 at the Pac-12 Championships to finish ninth
- Finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:13.57 at the second Lewis and Clark Invite
- Scored points by finishing fifth at the Pac-12 Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 9:54.60
- Placed second in the 3,000m steeplechase with a finishing time of 10:03.45 at the OSU High Performance Meet
- Became the third athlete in program history to qualify for the NCAA Indoor National Championships, finishing 14th in the 5K (16:22.03)
- Placed second in the 5K at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 16:00.93, a new school record

- Finished in 11th place at the IAAF World U20 Championships in 2018 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase
