Sophomore (2024):
• Appeared in 30 games, making nine starts
• Connected for 10 hits, four going for extra bases
• Had two hits in the neutral win and a season-high of seven putouts in the neutral win over Utah Valley (Feb. 17)
• Drove in six runs, including a pair in the road win at South Florida (Feb. 10)
• Unblemished fielding percentage on 27 chances
Freshman (2023):
• Pac-12 All-Freshman selection
• Recorded first multi-hit and multi-RBI game - three of each - in first weekend (Nicholls, Feb. 12) of her career
• Hit first home run in the 6-3 win over Nicholls (Feb. 12) in the first weekend of the season
• Had nine multi-hit games
TAHOMA HIGH SCHOOL:
• Holds a high school-record 26 homers in her prep career
• Ranked the 29th best by the 2022 Extra Elite 100 Player
• Partook in the PGF Futures All-American game in 2021
PERSONAL:
• Daughter of Michelle and Grant Higa
• Has one sister, Kalani
• Intends to major in mechanical engineering
• Mother, Michelle, played softball for the Beavs from 1993-96
• Father, Grant, is a professional powerlifter
• Her aunt, Raquel, is also an OSU alumna
• Outside of softball, she enjoys baking and listening to music
• Chose Oregon State because "of the academics, the fans and the lovely PNW weather."
