Baseball Heads To Frisco For Week Three Of 2026 Season

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State baseball will spend the third week of the 2026 season at the Frisco Classic taking on Alabama, Houston and Iowa, it was announced on Tuesday.
The 10th annual Frisco Classic will be played at Riders Field, the home of the Double-A Frisco RoughRiders. Oregon State will play three games at the three-day, round-robin format.
Oregon State opens play Friday, Feb. 27 against Houston at 12 p.m. PT (2 p.m. in Frisco). Game two of the weekend is set for Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. PT (4 p.m. in Texas) against Alabama. OSU concludes its trip on March 1 with a 9 a.m. PT matchup (11 a.m. local) with Iowa.
Oregon State will be playing Alabama and Houston for the first time ever, while the Beavers took won two games with a tie against Iowa in Des Moines last season. OSU was supposed to take on Houston in Round Rock last season but extreme cold temperatures forced the cancellation of the game.
All three of the Beavers' games in Frisco will be live streamed on D1Baseball.com.

The first 10 games of the Beavers' 2026 season have now been unveiled. OSU opens the season with four games in Surprise, Ariz. From Feb. 13-16. The Beavers will then play three games in Round Rock, Texas the following weekend before the three in Frisco.
