SPOKANE, Wash. – Jada Hurley rewrote the Oregon State record book at the Riverfront Invite, setting new top times in the 60 meters and 200 meters over the weekend.
Â
The junior from Grants Pass, Ore. topped the OSU charts in the 200 meters in 24.50 seconds on Friday before posting back-to-back PBs in the 60 meters on Saturday to rise to no. 3 all time at 7.59 seconds and then the top spot with a 7.51-second burst in her second race of the day.
Â
Hurley's efforts highlighted a strong weekend for the sprints, jumps and multis squad in the Inland Northwest. Two other 60 meter runners also tied or hit new personal records with Delaney Bahn entering the OSU Top 10 at no. 8 (7.91 seconds) and Treasure Rinaldi tying her PB of 7.97 seconds
