Team Notes
With a 7-2 record, Oregon State equaled its best start since the 1984-85 opened 8-1 through nine games (eventually got to 15-1 before its second loss). Other teams to start 7-2 since the 1984-85 season include: 1986-87, 1989-90, 1997-98, 1999-00 and 2002-03.
Craig Robinson won his 50th game as Oregon State's head coach and now has 80 wins overall in his career (30 in two seasons at Brown).
Oregon State is now 5-0 this season and 14-1 all-time under Craig Robinson when scoring 80 or more points in a game.
The Beavers are now 5-0 on the season when four or more players score in double-figures.
The Beavers have fewer turnovers than their opponent in all nine games this season.
Oregon State has gone with the same starting lineup in every game this season with Ahmad Starks and Jared Cunningham at guard, Joe Burton and Devon Collier at forward and Angus Brandt at center. The Beavers used three different starting lineups in their first nine games last season.
The 42-point margin of victory is the largest for Oregon State since it defeated Seattle by 43 points (81-38) on Nov. 26, 2002.
The Beavers pulled down a season-high 45 rebounds, their most since they corralled 47 boards against Washington on Feb. 23, 2011.
The team's +19 rebounding margin in the game in the highest this season and the largest since Oregon State outrebounded Prairie View by the same margin on Nov. 22, 2005 in an 88-71 win.
The team hit a season-high of 57.9 percent of its field goal attempts (33-for-57), surpassing the 55.6 percent it shot against West Alabama on Nov. 14.
Oregon State outscored UIC 16-0 on fast break points and has outscored its opponents 91-24 on the season.
Player Notes
Junior Jared Cunningham moved into the top 10 all-time career steals list at Oregon State. He had five in tonight's game and now has 155 in his career.

Sophomore Roberto Nelson has scored in double-figures in four consecutive games for the first time in his career (Towson 12, Montana 11, Idaho 16, UIC 21). He scored in double-digits in back-to-back games twice last season.
Nelson also set a new career-high in three-pointers made with five, besting the four he had at Arizona State on March 5, 2011.
Nelson also tied his career-high in steals, notching two for the fifth time.
Sophomore Rhys Murphy scored the first two-point field goal of his Oregon State career in the first half on a driving layup. Murphy set new career-highs in minutes (16) and rebounds (5).
Sophomore Ahmad Starks had one steal in the game and now has 18 on the season. He had 18 in 30 games all last year.
Eric Moreland had a career-high five blocked shots, just one short of the Oregon State single-game record held by five players.
Moreland also set a new career-best with 14 rebounds, the most for a Beaver this season and the highest total since Joe Burton pulled down 14 against Stanford on March 9, 2011 in the Pac-10 Tournament.
Sophomore Devon Collier tied a career-high with three assists, all in the first half. He has dished out three assists in his career seven times with four of the occurrences coming this season.
With his 12 points, Collier has reached double-figures in seven of nine games this season.
Freshman Challe Barton set a new career-high with four assists and his seven points were just one shy of his all-time best. He scored eight earlier this season against CSU Bakersfield.
