The Oregon State track and field team had an impressive showing tonight at the John Knight Twilight meet, hosted by the Western Oregon University Wolves.
The Oregon State track and field team will travel 19 student-athletes to the sixth annual John Knight Twilight meet this weekend, which is hosted by Western Oregon University.
OREGON STATE CROSS COUNTRY:
2010: Competed once in the 4,500 meters at the John Frank Memorial and finished 50th with a time of 20:04.70 ... Competed once in the 6,000 meters and finished 35th with a time of 26:09.72 ... Earned Pac-10 All-Academic Honorable Mention Honors.
2009: Competed at the Sundodger Invitational during cross country season.
2008: Redshirted her true freshman year.
OREGON STATE OUTDOOR TRACK:
2011: Competed in the 1,500 meter run three times ... Best time was 4:56.94 at the L&C Invitational (4/16) ... Best finish in the 1,500 meters was a fourth place finish at the Mt. Hood Festival (5/7) ... Competed twice in the 5,000 meters with her best time coming at the Oregon Relays (4/22) with a time of 18:03.32 ... Best finish in the 5,000 meters was a fourth place finish at the John Knight Twilight (4/8) ... Finished in 23rd in the 3,000 meters at the Oregon Preview (3/19) with a time of 10:35.61 ... Competed in the two mile at the SFS Distance Carnival (3/25) placing 11th with a time of 11:24.27.
