Beaverton, Ore. – The Oregon State swim team competed against the California Golden Bears for the second day in a row at the Nike Campus in Beaverton, Ore. This meet was not scored as a Pac-12 dual.
“Getting to race against California twice in one weekend really lets us see how strong we need to be,” head coach Larry Liebowitz said. “It shows what we need to improve so I think that it is very worthwhile to swim them early in the year.”
The meet in Beaverton was highlighted by Jenni Dole’s performance in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke. Dole placed second in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 57.45.
