01/12/2012 Women's Soccer Recaps Season at Banquet DinnerThe Oregon State women's soccer team recapped their successful season at their annual end of the year dinner banquet. 11/21/2011 14 Beavers Named to Women's Soccer Pac-12 All-Academic TeamsJenna Richardson and Brandi Dawson were both selected to the first team and Brittney Oljar was selected to the second team. 11 more student-athletes from the women's soccer team were named to the honorable mention list. FRESHMAN (2010): Played in first collegiate match against UC Riverside ... Played 20 minutes against Utah ... Played a season-high 21 minutes against Memphis in the NCAA Tournament ... Played 49 minutes on the season. ODP: Played in the Washington Olympic Development Program from 2005 to 2009. CLUB: Played with Eastside FC, HAS Eagles and Marauders ... Eastside FC was Washington State League champions and Washington State Cup finalist. HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Todd Beamer High School in 2010 ... Lettered four seasons in soccer ... Was a three-time All-South Puget Sound League First Team selection ... Won the Most Inspirational Award as a senior ... Team won three league championships and was a state finalist during junior year ... Also lettered in track and field. PERSONAL: Born in Leavenworth, Kan. ... Daughter of Kevin and Charlotte Niewoehner ... Has two siblings, Sarah and Kaycie ... Majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy ... Chose Oregon State because "it is very homey for me.
