The Oregon State gymnastics program will hold a winter clinic on Dec. 29 at Gladys Valley Gymnastics Center.

Campers can sign up a day with the Beavers by completing this Registration form AND this Medical Consent Form and returning to OSU Director of Gymnastics Operations, Bea Whisenhunt at Beatrice.whisenhunt@oregonstate.edu or by mailing the forms to 104 Gill Coliseum, Corvallis, OR 97331.

The clinic includes a workout with the Beavers, a question and answer session, and autographs and pictures. Check-in for the clinic begins at 8:15 a.m. with the clinic concluding with check out at 12:30 p.m. The cost of the clinic is $90.

The clinic features instruction from Oregon State head coach Tanya Chaplin, associate head coach Michael Chaplin and assistant coach John Carney as well as the entire 2010-11 Oregon State gymnastics team.

Medical Consent & Release of Liability: Each participant MUST fill out a Medical Consent & Release of Liability Form. Campers will not be permitted to participate without a signed form.

Registration/Confirmation: Confirmation will be received via e-mail once registration has been completed.
