The No. 11 Oregon State gymnastics team comes off beating then-No. 4 UCLA last Saturday night, the Beavers’ first home meet in more than a month. This week, OSU prepares to host the eighth annual Pink Out meet Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m., against No. 15 Arizona and Seattle Pacific.
This year, the Oregon State Sports Video team is providing video features on each gymnast throughout the season. Today’s release marks the 12th edition of Meet the Beavers with this one featuring Sarah Cerami.
Only a freshman, Sarah Cerami is a bit of an enigma to most Beaver fans early in her career. Sarah is a freshman walkon from Palo Cedro, Calif. who battled a series of injuries during her high school days. However as her health improved she was able to show enough talent to earn one of the few walkon spots with the OSU gymnastics program. Sarah is currently training exclusively on the balance beam and has shown considerable improvement during her days in Corvallis.
