Complete Results |  OSU at Stanford '09 

STANFORD, Calif. – The 10th-ranked Oregon State gymnastics team traveled to No. 4 Stanford for a triangular meet with UC Davis Sunday afternoon. The Beavers posted one of their highest scores of the season (196.600) and scored 49-points on all four events for the third time this season in taking second at Maples Pavilion. Mandi Rodriguez and Jami Lanz enjoyed a stellar night in the all-around, with Rodriguez just missing her career-high (39.475) and Lanz tying a season-high (39.375).

Beginning the night on the bars, D’Anna Piro got the Beavers started with a 9.775 tying the highest bars lead-off of the season. Freshman Leslie Mak scored a 9.9 for the third straight week to lead the Beavers and Jen Kesler added a 9.8.

Moving to the balance beam the Beavers trailed by .100. Brooke Barclay led off for the Orange and Black with a season-high 9.8. Mandi Rodriguez and Laura-Ann Chong followed with career-tying scores of 9.85 and 9.875 to set up senior Jami Lanz, who finished the rotation for the Beavers with a 9.9. OSU finished with a team score of 49.200 in the rotation.

On the floor exercise, Stephanie McGregor started OSU with a 9.775 followed by strong performances by Kera Bolen (9.825) and Jereme Bigelow (9.8). Lanz and Rodriguez followed providing the biggest floor scores of the night with a 9.9 and 9.925 respectively.

Closing out the meet on the vault, Oregon State went six-for-six with Whitney Watson scoring 9.8 and Lanz 9.825. Becky Colvin set a career-high with a 9.85 and Rodriguez closed out the meet with a score of 9.925.

Oregon State returns to the road next weekend when it travels to Washington to compete in a quadrangular meet Saturday, Feb. 21. The meet is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Bank of America Arena.
