Women's Golf Set for 7th Annual UNLV Spring Invitational

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State women's golf team travels to Boulder City, Nev., to compete in the 7th Annual UNLV Spring Invitational Monday through Wednesday.

The three-day, 54-hole tournament will be played at the par-72, 6,271-yard Boulder Creek Golf Club. The 15-team tournament will consist of 18 holes per day with five players competing for each and team and the top four individual scores counting for the team score.

The Beavers will go with junior Whitney French, sophomores Rachael Fischer and Chelsey Lind and freshmen Seshia Telles and Lauren Sewell. Lind will be making her first appearance of the spring season for Oregon State.

UNLV is the host and has won this tournament three times, including back-to-back titles the past two years. BYU, Washington State and USC have also won team titles.
