TUCSON, Ariz. - The Oregon State women's golf team got another solid all-around team effort on Saturday and finished in 13th place at the 13th Annual MountainView Collegiate.

The Beavers shot a 9-over 297 for the second consecutive round after posting a 21-over 309 in the opening round during the two-day, 54-hole tournament that was played at the par-72, 6,221-yard MountainView Golf Club.

Freshman Seshia Telles shot a 1-over 73 on Saturday, while freshman Lauren Sewell and junior Whitney French both fired a 2-over 74. Sewell finished in a tie for 23rd with a 5-over 76-71-74--221, French finished tied for 39th with an 8-over 76-74-74--224 and Telles wrapped up the tournament with a 9-over 77-75-73--225 for a tie for 45th.

Sophomores Chelsey Lind and Rachael Fischer had their best round of the tournament on Saturday with a 4-over 76 and 6-over 78, respectively.

Iowa State won the team title with a 7-under 285-284-288--857 and Emily Tubert of Arkansas won medalist honors with a 9-under 68-72-67--207.

The Beavers return to action April 1-3 at the ASU Ping Invitational at the Karsten Golf Course in Tempe, Ariz.
