CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State men's basketball head coach Craig Robinson and women's head coach Scott Rueck will be the featured guests when Beaver Sports Talk returns to the airwaves tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 29, from 7-8 p.m. at McMenamins on Monroe Street in Corvallis.

The weekly radio show is hosted by the "Voice of the Beavers" Mike Parker and produced onsite by Jon Warren. All fans are welcome to attend and each week there will be raffle prizes and marketing and promotional materials available. Beaver Sports Talk can also be heard live throughout the state of Oregon on the Beaver Sports Radio Network.

Both the men's and women's teams are off to their best starts in recent memory, as the two have posted a combined 10-1 mark. The men's 5-1 record after six games is the program's best start since the 1980-81 squad opened up on a 26-game winning streak. The Beavers are fifth in the nation in steals (11.2) and junior Jared Cunningham leads the Pac-12 in both scoring (20.8) and steals (2.8). As a team, Oregon State is second in the Pac-12 in scoring (81.5) and leads the league in field goal percentage (.500), assists (16.3), steals (11.2), turnover margin (+6.5) and assist/turnover ratio (1.1).

The women's team is undefeated through five games, its best start since 2000-01, and has already set a pair of Oregon State records. The Beavers' 96-32 win over Western Oregon marked the largest margin of victory in school history, resetting the record of 60 (114-54) set on February 7, 1980 over Alaska-Anchorage and against Cal State Northridge, Oregon State reset the Gill Coliseum record for most rebounds with 55. The previous record was 53, set on March 11, 1995 against USC.

The men begin a five-game homestand against Montana on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 5 p.m., while the women travel to Houston for the Gene Hackermen Invitational where they open with North Texas on Friday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m.
