OREGON STATE Sophomore (2001-02): Brina saw action in all 32 games, making 29 starts...came off the bench in three contests during early December after spraining her right ankle during practice...led the team with 38 blocked shots, including a conference-best 27 during Pac-10 games...was sixth on the team in scoring with 180 points (5.6 ppg.) and fourth in rebounding with 146 boards (4.6 rpg.)...earned honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic honors...reached double figures in scoring on six occasions...had four double figure rebounding outings...tallied three double-doubles...pulled down a then career-best 10 rebounds in the season opener against Loyola Marymount (11/9)...had 10 points on a perfect 5-for-5 shooting against Portland (12/6)...recorded first career double-double with 10 points, a career-best 11 rebounds and five blocked shots against Washington State (12/28)...buried 4-of-5 field goals and 6-of-10 free throws against UCLA (1/24) for a career-high 14 points...tallied seven rebounds and four blocks against California (2/7)...recorded second double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds, including nine defensive, at Washington (2/21)...also had four blocks and a career-high 10 field goal attempts in 40 minutes of action against the Huskies...reached double figures in scoring for a second consecutive game with 10 points against Washington State (2/23)...finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds against Hawaii in the postseason WNIT.
Freshman (2000-01): Brina played in all 29 games, starting 28...came off the bench in the season opener against Portland State (11/17)...scored 136 points and pulled down 109 rebounds...led the team in blocked shots with 32...ranked sixth in the Pac-10 for blocked shots per game (1.10)...had three blocked shots in four different games...scored a then career-high 10 points against Princeton (11/24)...pulled down eight rebounds and blocked three shots against Wyoming (11/25)...matched her then career-high with eight rebounds, including seven offensive at Arizona (2/3)...dished out two assists in six different contests before a career-high three dishes against Brigham Young (3/16) in the WNIT...hit 3-of-4 shots from the floor against BYU...shot .690 from the free throw line (40-58)...scored in 27 of 29 games.
