Men's Soccer Celebrates Alumni Weekend at Hensor/Zaher Nike Classic

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State men's soccer alumni weekend will take place this coming Friday-Sunday, Sept. 23-25, in conjunction with the Eighth Annual Hensor/Zaher Nike Classic. Former Beaver men's soccer players and their families are all welcome to attend. This year's Hensor/Zaher Memorial Tournament will include matches against UMKC on Friday, Sept. 23 at 7:30 p.m. and CSU Bakersfield on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Gonzaga will be the fourth team participating in the event at Paul Lorenz Field and will play the Beavers' opponents on opposite days, taking on the Roadrunners on Friday at 2:30 p.m. and the Kangaroos on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. This weekend's celebration will serve as a precursor to the annual alumni game, which is scheduled Saturday, April 28, during the Beavers' spring schedule. It is the intention of the soccer staff to make this event as special as possible.
