Beavers In The NFL - Week 15
Brandon Browner

Brandon Browner

Dec. 20, 2011

Brandon Browner made a bit of history on Sunday when the former Beaver helped lead Seattle to a 38-14 win over Chicago with an interception return of 42 yards for a touchdown. That gave him 220 interception return yards for the season, a new Seattle franchise record.

His interception highlighted the 15th week of NFL action for former Oregon State players.

With two weeks remaining in the regular season, Victor Butler (Dallas) and Jacquizz Rodgers (Atlanta) are set to make the playoffs in the NFC while Chad Ochocinco (New England) and Keenan Lewis (Pittsburgh) will represent the Beavers in the AFC.

Browner, Brandon Hughes (Philadelphia) and Stephen Paea (Chicago) could still be in the postseason with a little help in the NFC while T.J. Houshmandzadeh (Oakland) is still a potential playoff competitor in the AFC.
