Monday marked the first practice for the No. 13 Beavers since dismantling Nicholls State, taking finals and learning that they would play Texas in the 20^th Annual Valero Alamo Bowl. It was a busy last week for the Beavers, but with school out of the way for the time being, the team returned to the practice fields for the first of the bowl workouts.

Head coach Mike Riley, who spent last week recruiting with a brief stint in San Antonio for the Valero Alamo Bowl press conference, met the media following practice.

The OSU video team will begin on Tuesday producing position review segments for osubeavers.com and we think you are going to enjoy what we have in store for the players as they give you some insight into their lifestyles – that all starts Tuesday on osubeavers.com.

A special shout out to Sports Performance Coordinator Bryan Miller for being selected one of three finalists for the FootballScoop.com Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year and being named the National Strength and Conditioning Association State Director for Oregon – very deserving honors for Miller.
