Fans attending the 2012 Civil War between the Oregon State Beavers and the Oregon Ducks on Saturday November 24 will have a new enhanced tailgating option at this year’s Civil War now that TailgatePal is offering “hassle-free tailgating” at what promises to be a game to remember. 

TailgatePal has entered into an agreement with Beaver Sports Properties to operate 22 premium turnkey tailgate sites paralleling Washington Way, directly next to the Tommy Prothro Football Complex (practice fields) - a picturesque location perfect for tailgating and only a short five-minute walk to Reser stadium. The reserved tailgating area is being dubbed Tailgate Tracks, in reference to the sites’ proximity to the train tracks that run nearby. Each tailgate package comes with a full range of tailgating equipment and set-up services so that fans can simply show up and focus on friends, food, football and fun. 

“As the Civil War Game has evolved into one of the premier collegiate athletic events we want to make sure fans have options to tailgate in style which enhances the entire game day experience.” Steve Sullivan, General Manager of Beaver Sports Properties, said. “The location of these packages is really special and not having to worry about logistics makes tailgating at Tailgate Tracks a touchdown for everyone involved.”

With some sites offering 47” HDTVs featuring the College Game Day package and the PAC-12 Networks, all of the 22 reserved tailgating spots in Tailgate Tracks come complete with tents, tables, tailgate chairs, coolers with ice and options for catering. Guests can also opt to bring their own grills, food and beverages to the sites, which will be set up in advance and ready for fans four hours prior to kickoff. Guests will have use of their sites throughout the game and can stay up to an hour after the game to relax, talk football and watch late games. 

TailgatePal has packages for anything from small family gatherings to larger group events. Individual packages can accommodate as many as 75 people, and the entire area of Tailgate Tracks can collectively hold up to 600 guests.
