The 2012 version of Beaver Sports Talk debuts for the second straight year from Spirit Mountain Casino, Thurs., Aug. 23 from 6-9 p.m. with the special Pac-12 Football Preview Show. The three-hour show features the Oregon State radio broadcast team of Sportscasters of the Year Mike Parker, Scott Lynn and Ron Callan, along with former Beaver players Jim Wilson and Steve Preece.                                                           

Fans attending the Football Preview Show will have their opportunity to meet Benny Beaver and enter to win great prizes, including dinner for two at Spirit Mountain's Cedar Plank Buffet and a pair of concert tickets, plus OSU merchandise and prizes. 

Beaver Sports Talk resumes in Corvallis live from McMenamins on Monroe Thurs., Aug. 30 and every Thursday throughout the football season from 7-8 p.m. Head football coach Mike Riley or standout players join Parker for the one hour show. The public is encouraged to attend. 

Fans listening to the Pac-12 Football Preview Show and Beaver Sports Talk on the radio can tune in via Beaver Nation Online at osubeavers.com or through the Beaver Sports Radio Network. The radio portion of the Pac-12 Football Preview Show is 7-8 p.m., but fans can get a sneak preview by listening to Beaver Nation Live on KPOJ (620 AM) from 6-7 p.m. 

Oregon State opens the season Sat., Sept. 1 hosting the Nicholls State Colonels at Noon in Reser Stadium. The game will also be live on the Pac-12 Networks, in addition to the Beaver Sports Radio Network.
