He was 66. Koeper starred for Oregon State from 1962-1965 and played in the 1962 Liberty Bowl, the 1964 Hula Bowl and was a member of Oregon State's last Rose Bowl team in 1965. He was named a Second-Team All-American by the Associated Press his senior year.[+] Beavers Hold Annual Pro DayA handful of NFL scouts converged on the OSU campus Friday morning for the Beavers' annual Pro Timing Day.
