LINCOLN: Taylor was a four-sport athlete ... lettered three years in football, starting two as a receiver and defensive back ... played in the Oregon Les Schwab All-Star Game following his senior year ... third team all-state as a receiver and honorable mention as a defensive back ... first team All-PIL at both positions ... made 38 receptions for 600-plus yards and five touchdowns as a senior, and 75 tackles, six quarterback sacks and four interceptions ... also averaged 20.5 yards on kickoff returns and 11.1 on punt returns ... lettered in track, wrestling and baseball.
