PERSONAL--(Pronounced--Two-razh--HUSSH-MAHN-zaw-duh) Born 9/26/77 in Victor Valley, CA...son of Deborah Daniels...his mother is a nurse...has three brothers and sisters, Timika, 25; Issachar, 18; and Akeem, 14...enjoys basketball, pool and bowling...Deion Sanders is his favorite athlete...his biggest athletic thrill to date was winning Strawberry Bowl this past season at Cerritos College...selected OSU because, "the coaches really showed that they wanted me."

OSU--(2000--Senior)--T.J. enters his senior year having started four games at OSU and he has played in 11, missing one game with a back injury...he was OSU’s fourth-leading receiver in 1999 with 24 catches for 378 yards...T.J. ranked ninth in the Pac-10 in kickoff returns with a 19.2 average and fourth in punt returns with 9.94 average, which was also good enough to be ranked 41st in the nation...he ranked 16th in the Pac-10 in all-purpose yards with 77.7 per game average on the regular season...T.J. played most of the 1999 season with a very painful lower back...he was back to full strength when he reported for the start of spring drills as the Beavers’ No. 1 flanker...T.J. had an outstanding spring, much like the spring he had in 1999 when he caught everything in site...T.J. should have an outstanding senior season, not only as a wide receiver, but as a punt and kickoff returner...he has good size (6-2, 205), strength and speed...in the four spring scrimmages, T.J. had very good numbers...he caught 2 passes for 47 yards in scrimmage No. 1...he caught 2 passes for 37 yards in scrimmage No. 2...he was blanked in the third scrimmage and he played on the winning White squad in the Spring Game and caught 7 passes for 91 yards, including a TD pass from Jonathan Smith covering 8 yards to give the White squad a 19-10 lead...the White wound up winning 26-10...during winter conditioning, T.J. posted a weightlifting best of 345 in the bench press...he was unable to perform the other lifts do his low back injury from the 1999 season.

OSU-(1999--Junior)--T.J. enrolled at OSU spring quarter and participated in spring practice and he immediately served notice that he will be one of the top receivers in the Pac-10 Conference in 1999...he had a sensational spring...started spring drills listed No. 3 on the depth chart at the slot receiver and completed the spring listed No. 1 at flanker...he is definitely the strongest of OSU's receivers and also has breakaway speed...has the ability to catch the ball in a crowd and go deep...excellent hands and extremely tough...in OSU's three major spring scrimmages, T.J. caught 3 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown at Roseburg on April 17...came back with 9 receptions for 76 yards at Prothro Field on April 24 and in the Spring game at Hillsboro on May 1, T.J. caught 7 passes for 76 yards...has the ability to be an impact player in the Pac-10 Conference...in the weight room, T.J. posted a 330 pound mark in the bench press and tested for only 8.66 percent body fat.

CERRITOS COLLEGE--T.J. was a first-team J.C. Grid-Wire preseason All-America selection and he was named honorable mention J.C. Grid-Wire All-America at the conclusion of the 1998 season...he was a first-team all-state selection in Region II among California community college teams as selected by the JC Athletic Bureau following the 1998 season...during the 1998 season T.J. caught 32 passes for 530 yards (16.6 avg.) and 4 touchdowns in 8 games...he scored 6 touchdowns all told during 1998...led Mission Conference with 27.6 average in kickoff returns, including a 100-yard touchdown return...he returned 14 kickoffs for 386 yards...he returned 6 punts 142 yards (23.7 avg.), including a 87 yard touchdown...he had the seventh best kickoff return average among junior college players and sixth best punt return average...he had 1,058 all-purpose yards (530 pass receiving, 142 punt returns, 386 kickoff returns), an average of 132.3 per game, ranked 31st among junior college players...he has 4.3 speed in the 40...recruited by Oregon, ASU, Arizona and Pittsburgh...named by Student Sports Magazine as the "junior college player likely to make an impact in Division I-A... "He is a big time player. I would think he's got to be one of the top two junior college receivers in America this year," said Cerritos assistant coach Tom Caines. "He has great speed, great size, and has a chance to play on Sundays if he stays healthy."...T.J. was a first-team Mission Conference Northern Division all-star at wide receiver and kick returner in 1998...he had a record-breaking freshman season in 1997...named first-team All-Mission Conference Northern Division as both a wide receiver and kick returner...led Cerritos with 33 receptions and 622 yards (18.8 avg.) and 5 touchdowns...returned 7 kickoffs for 342 yards (48.9 avg.) and 2 touchdowns...both touchdowns were 100 yards, which set a Mission Conference record and a Cerritos Falcons school record...scored 3 touchdowns in one game as a freshman and was named Player-of-the-Week one time...played for Coach Frank Mazzotta at Cerritos... "He was recruited by every school in the Pac-10 and could have gone anywhere in the Pac-10," said Mazzotta. "Some schools backed off of T.J. because he wasn't available for spring football. He is tall and a very physical player with track speed. He was the MVP on our football team and is a very competitive kid. He came to us as a running back out of Barstow High School and he made the transition to wide receiver. He is a great kick returner and he will take you vertically up the field in the passing game. I think he is a guy possessed on the football field," Mazzotta said...Cerritos was ranked No. 5 among California community college teams in 1998 with a 9-2 record...Cerritos was 5-5 his freshman year.

BARSTOW HIGH SCHOOL--As a senior at Barstow, CA, High School, he carried ball 84 times for 868 yards (10.3 avg.)...his top individual game was 15 carries for 178 yards (11.9 average) and 3 touchdowns...he earned first-team All-San Andreas League honors as a running back...as a junior, he rushed for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns on 11 carries (13.4 avg.)...Barstow was 10-1-1 his senior year.
