Mike Riley and Jordan Poyer Meet the Media

Coach Riley discussed the injury situation and this week's game.

2012: Grant's performance in 2011 while filling in for injured starters makes him a top candidate for one of the open spots in the starting lineup this season ... versatile player has experience at tackle and guard and is capable of filling virtually any role on the line ... missed spring practice following offseason shoulder surgery, but is expected to be ready for fall camp. 2011: Grant began the season as the primary back-up to both tackle positions ... stepped in at left guard in game 2 at Wisconsin when Josh Andrews was injured ... started five games at left guard in Andrews' place ... moved to right guard upon Burke Ellis' injury at Utah (and Andrews' return) ... started the final four games at right guard ... before ascending to the first string, Grant played tight end on occasion due to a spate of injuries at the position entering the season. 2010: Grant played in 11 of the 12 games mostly on special teams ... back-up at guard. 2009: Redshirt.

O'DEA: A three-year letterman at offensive tackle and defensive end ... was a first team all-state and all-area offensive tackle ... twice earned first team All-Metro at offensive tackle ... earned All-Metro accolades at defensive end once ... Metro League Lineman of the Year ... earned two letters for the track and field team as a discus thrower.

PERSONAL: Born November 19, 1990 in Seattle ... son of Gary and Julie Enger ... has one brother, Garth, who played football at Montana as a center ... has one sister, Alyson ... father, Gary, played defensive tackle at Montana State ... lists his biggest athletic thrill to date as playing in the state championship game ... enjoys fishing and diving ... chose Oregon State because he "liked the coaches and the town and all of the people I met" ... majoring in business.
