2007: Victor may be the quickest defensive lineman on the team...an excellent special teams contributor and a threat to block kicks.

2006: Victor played in all 14 games and accounted for 17 tackles...a career-high four at Washington...of his 17 stops, 5.5 were for losses, including 3 sacks...accounted for 30 lost yards.

2005: One of seven true-freshmen to play...made three tackles for the season...blocked a third quarter punt by Boise State's Kyle Stringer (recovered by Bryant Cornell) that gave OSU the ball at the Bronco 25 - led to an Alexis Serna field goal narrowing BSU's lead to 24-17.

EISENHOWER: Three-year letterman as a receiver, safety, defensive end and kick returner...played defensive end only as a senior due to team needs...two-time all-league and all-county as a senior.

PERSONAL: Son of Elvester and Janis Strong...graduated from Eisenhower with a 3.50 cumulative GPA and was a regular on the school's honor roll...Randy Moss is his favorite athlete...hobbies include music and more football...majoring in business.
