Ardell Bailey Position: Academic Counselor Experience: 7th Year Alma Mater: Willamette, 1999

Ardell Bailey is in his seventh year at Oregon State and is in his second year working with the men's basketball team as an academic counselor.

In his role, he handles all aspects of academic support, including facilitating study plans and tutor sessions, working with student-athletes in tracking progress towards degrees and monitoring student-athlete eligibility.

A native of Salem, Ore., Bailey began his collegiate career at Oregon State from 1994-96 before transferring to Willamette University. He graduated from Willamette with a bachelor of science degree in sociology in 1999.
