Baseball Single-Game Tickets On Sale Monday
Feb. 1, 2013
CORVALLIS, Ore. - Individual game tickets for the 2013 Oregon State baseball season will go on sale starting Monday. Tickets can be purchased online at beavertickets.com, by calling 1-800-GOBEAVS or in person at the Gill Coliseum ticket office. Single-game tickets for infield reserved seats are $20 while outfield general admission tickets cost $10. The Beavers are slated to play 27 games at Goss Stadium this season, including a March 2 doubleheader against Bryant where one ticket is good for both games. There have been a couple changes made to the team's 2013 schedule. The Beavers have moved their April 14 and May 5 home contests against Utah and California, respectively, to 12:05 p.m. PT to account for the visiting teams travel plans. The Friday and Saturday games for both series will start at the regularly scheduled time of 5:35 and 2:05 p.m., respectively. Additionally, changes have come for the Beavers' three games with Portland. The Beavers and Pilots will now meet at Portland's Joe Etzel Field on March 5 at 3 p.m., while the April 2 game will be played at Goss Stadium, with a 5:35 p.m. start. The May 8 game will now be played at Salem's Volcanoes Stadium, home to the Single-A Salem-Keizer Volcanoes. First pitch for that game has yet to be determined while tickets for the game will be made available through Portland's ticket office and/or the Volcanoes. Mini Plans, Season Tickets On Sale Mini plan and group tickets for the 2013 Oregon State baseball went on sale last week through beavertickets.com, 1-800-GOBEAVS and in person at the Gill Coliseum ticket office. Fans have two different options for mini plans this season. The first, the Orange Pride Pack is good for any five home games (excluding the two games with Oregon) and costs $60 for infield reserve tickets and $30 for outfield general admission seats. Fans also have the option of purchasing a Series Pack, which includes all three games of a series. Those tickets cost $42 for infield reserved seats and $21 for outfield general admission tickets. Group tickets are also available now. A minimum of 12 tickets purchased to a game (excluding games against Oregon) will go for $10 per ticket for infield reserved seats and $5 for outfield seats. Season tickets for the season are still available for $400 for infield reserved seats ($360 for senior citizens). Fans who purchase season tickets are guaranteed the same seats the entire season and are given priority toward purchasing postseason should the Beavers host an NCAA Regional or Super Regional - or both. The Beavers open their 2013 campaign Feb. 15 when taking on Utah Valley in Palm Springs, Calif. OSU plays four in Palm Springs before a four-game series the following weekend at San Diego State. The club then returns home for its 2013 Goss Stadium opener March 1 when hosting Bryant.
