Ardell Bailey Position: Academic Counselor Alma Mater: Willamette '99

Ardell Bailey works with the Oregon State Athletic Department as an Academic Counselor for the sports of baseball and wrestling. As an academic counselor, Bailey is responsible for identifying issues and concerns that need attentions and providing recommendations for services to student-athletes. A native of Salem, Ore., Bailey began his collegiate career at Oregon State from 1994-96 before transferring to Willamette University. He graduated from Willamette with a bachelor of science in sociology in 1999.
