Download Beaver Sports Schedules

Have Microsoft Outlook? Well, Oregon State fans, if you do, you now have the opportunity to download your favorite sport's schedule in minutes. Listed below are links created by the Oregon State Athletic Department that will allow you to keep track of when and where the Beavers play, how you can listen or watch and even how to purchase tickets for home events.

This download works with Palm, PocketPC, WinCE, or other handheld devices that are capable of synchronizing data with Microsoft Outlook.

Sports available are listed below. Not all sports are available at a given time but will be made available in the weeks leading up to their start of the season. Note that each file will be updated as game times are announced or changed. Make sure to check back often for these changes.

STEP ONE:
Download an Oregon State Beavers Schedule

2010 Oregon State Football (Updated August 4)
2010 Oregon State Women's Golf (Updated September 3)

STEP TWO:
To get the Oregon State State schedule onto your Palm or Handheld device, you first need to import the data into your calendar application on the computer which you synchronize to your device.

For Microsoft Outlook:

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Select FILE >>> IMPORT AND EXPORT...
  • Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
  • Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
  • Find the .csv file you just downloaded and select "Do not import duplicate items" then click Next.
  • Select Calendar and click Next.
  • The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to
  • Import the "(filename).csv" into folder: Calendar.
  • Check that box and and click on 'Import "(filename).csv" into folder: Calendar'
  • From there, click and drag needed fields from the left window into the right window. It is fairly self-explanatory, but the basic corresponding fields are below:

SUBJECT to Subject
START_DATE to Start Date
START_TIME to Start Time
END_TIME to End Time
DESCRIPTION to Description
LOCATION to Location

 

  • And if you'd like Outlook to place a reminder: REMINDER_ON_OFF to Reminder On/Off
  • Click OK
  • Then Click Finish

STEP THREE: Synchronize your palm or handheld device to your computer.
