Lauina, White To Play At College Showcases

The two recently finished their collegiate careers with the Beavers
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State offensive lineman Fred Lauina and cornerback Kyle White are set to play at showcases in front of coaches and scouts in advance of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Lauina is currently in Addison, Texas, at the College Gridiron Showcase and Symposium, a five-day event. Â The showcase is formatted through practices and a controlled scrimmage in front of scouts and executives from professional leagues. Lauina, from Nuuuli, American Samoa, recently completed his career with the Beavers after appearing in 45 games, 32 of which were starts.

White, meanwhile, is slated to play at the Tropical Bowl in Daytona Beach, Fla., on Sunday. The game, which starts at 6 a.m. PT (9 a.m. in Florida) can be watched via live stream by visiting tropicalbowl.com/tv. White, from Montgomery, Ala., played in 16 games over two seasons for the Beavers. He made 21 tackles with one pass deflection and an interception.
