Jodie Taylor Leads Euros in Scoring

Forward has England in semifinals
Oregon State standout Jodie Taylor is making her mark on the international stage this summer, as the forward has led England to the semi-final round of the European Women's Soccer Championships in the Netherlands.
The 2007 OSU graduate leads the tournament with five goals scored, three ahead of the next-highest scorers. Her tournament has been highlighted by a hat-trick vs. Scotland on July 19, the first ever three-goal performance by an England women's soccer player in a major tournament.
England has won all five of its games at the tournament, including its 1-0 victory over France on Sunday. The Lionesses will take on the Netherlands on Thursday.
The Arsenal forward is Oregon State's career leader with 47 goals, leading the team in points each of her four years (2004-07). During her tenure, Taylor earned Pac-10 First Team honors four times, as well as a trio of NSCAA Far West All-Region honors.
