
Early Season Game Times Announced

CORVALLIS, Ore. – National television appearances on ESPN, FS1, Pac-12 Network and the CBS Sports Network highlight the early season football schedule for the Oregon State Beavers.

OSU and Colorado State open the Rams' new stadium Saturday, Aug. 26 on the CBS Sports Network at Noon PDT. The Beavers then open the Reser Stadium portion of the schedule hosting the Portland State Vikings Saturday, Sept. 2 on the Pac-12 Network at 11 a.m. followed by a visit from the Minnesota Golden Gophers Saturday Sept. 9 on FS1 at 7 p.m.

With the non-league part of the schedule complete, OSU begins Pac-12 play at Washington State Saturday, Sept. 16 on the Pac-12 Network at 2:30 p.m. The Beavers return to midweek primetime action this season, hosting the Stanford Cardinal Thursday, Oct. 26 on ESPN at 6 p.m.

The six-game home schedule also includes home dates with Washington Sept. 30, Colorado Oct. 14, and Arizona State Nov. 18. Season tickets for the home schedule are currently available at BeaverTickets.com.
The Beavers, with third-year head coach Gary Andersen at the helm, return 51 lettermen and a roster with a combined 256 starts.

•   Seven games against 2016 bowl participants – Colorado State, Minnesota, Washington State, Washington, USC, Colorado and Stanford.
•   The first Thursday home game since Oct. 16, 2014 vs. Utah.
•   Three of the final four games on the road for the first time since 2009.
•   The Beavers enter the season on a two-game win streak for the first time since a four-game run to conclude 2007.
•   Three of OSU's road games will mark Senior Day for the home team.
•   Stanford is the only team that has a bye the week prior to playing OSU; the same week the Beavers have a bye heading into the Thursday game against the Cardinal.
•  OSU, Oregon, USC and Cal are the only teams that have two back-to-back road games twice in successive weeks during the season.

•  Homecoming/OSU150 Celebration/Giant Killers reunion is scheduled for Oct. 14 when the Beavers host Colorado.

•  Fall Family Weekend, formerly know as Dad's Weekend, will be Nov. 18 against Arizona State.
