OSU to Host Gymnastics Selection Show Watch Party

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State gymnastics team, ranked No. 10 in the nation, will host a watch party for the 2017 NCAA Championships Selection Show on Monday, March 20. The party will be held in the Loge Level of Reser Stadium, with doors opening to the public at 12:30 p.m. The show is slated to start at 1 p.m. and will stream live at NCAA.com.

The NCAA Championships open with NCAA Regionals Championships at six campus sites on April 1. This year's regionals will be hosted by Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, Washington and West Virginia. Regional sites are determined through a bid process several years in advance.

Regionals brackets are determined based on Regional Qualifying Score (RQS) with the top 36 teams receiving postseason berths.

The top two finishing teams from each regional meet advance to NCAA Championships held this year in St. Louis, Mo. at the Chaifetz Arena.

The Beavers will qualify to the postseason for the 43rd straight year. Oregon State competes Saturday at 6 p.m. as the third seed at Pac-12 Championships live on Pac-12 Network.
