Beavers Open Pac-12 Play Friday vs. Washington St.

Oregon State Set to Host 4 p.m. Tip
THE GAME: The Oregon State women's basketball team will open Pac-12 play on Friday, as it plays host to Washington State at 4 p.m.

WHAT'S COMING UP: Oregon State will remain at Gill Coliseum for a matchup with No. 9/9 Washington on Sunday. The Beavers will follow that up with back-to-back road trips to California.

SERIES HISTORY: Oregon State is 52-28 all-time against Washington State. The Beavers have won the last six matchups between the two sides, including last year's game in Pullman. The Cougars did not make the trip to Corvallis last season due to Pac-12 scheduling procedures, and the Beavers will not play in Pullman this year.

- The Beavers bring an eight-game winning streak into Friday's game vs. Washington State.

TOURNAMENT CHAMPS: Â A Look At the Beavers Two Early-Season Tournaments
- Oregon State won both the Maui Jim Maui Classic and the #Play4Kay Shootout this season, going a combined 5-0 at the two events.
- The three teams the Beavers beat at the #Play4Kay Shootout (UNLV, Quinnipiac, and Oklahoma State) held a combined record of 28-7 at the end of the event.

- Oregon State is coming off its first ever appearance in the NCAA Final Four
- The Beavers won a share of the Pac-12 regular season title for the second-consecutive season, and notched their first ever Pac-12 Tournament championship.
