Moore leads Miami to another road win

Quarterback Matt Moore directed Miami to its second divisional road win in his two starts on Saturday when the Dolphins edged Buffalo 34-31 in overtime to lead Oregon State alums in Week 16 of the National Football League season.

Moore completed 16 of 30 passes for 233 yards and touchdowns on plays covering 56 yards and 6 yards. He has thrown for 469 yards and six touchdowns in his two starts.

D.J. ALEXANDER (2011-14), KANSAS CITY: The second-year linebacker had one tackle in a 33-10 win over Denver on Sunday night.

DEREK ANDERSON (2001-04), CAROLINA: The quarterback did not play in a 33-16 loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

JOSH ANDREWS (2010-13), PHILADELPHIA: The offensive lineman was inactive for a 24-19 win over the New York Giants on Thursday night.

BRANDIN COOKS (2011-13), NEW ORLEANS: The 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner had five receptions for 90 yards, and catches covering 42 yards and 20 yards, in a 31-24 win over Tampa Bay on Saturday.

OBUM GWACHAM (2011-14), NEW ORLEANS: The second-year defensive end is on the injured reserve list.

CONNOR HAMLETT (2011-14), CLEVELAND: The second-year tight end was waived on Oct. 31 and then signed to the practice squad on Nov. 2.

JOHNNY HEKKER (2008-11), LOS ANGELES: The all-pro punter averaged 46.0 yards on eight punts, with a long of 53 yards, and had four punts downed inside the 20-yard line to set an NFL season record in that category in a 22-21 loss to San Francisco on Saturday.

COLIN KELLY (2009-12), CHICAGO: The guard was released from the Chicago Bears practice squad on Nov. 9. They originally signed him on Sept. 26.

ANDY LEVITRE (2005-08), ATLANTA: Andy started at left guard in a 33-16 win over Carolina on Saturday.

SEAN MANNION (2011-14), LOS ANGELES: The second-year quarterback was active but did not play in a 22-21 loss to San Francisco on Saturday.

MATT MOORE (2005-06), MIAMI: The quarterback was 16-for-30 for 233 yards and two touchdowns in a 34-31 overtime won over Buffalo on Saturday.

RYAN MURPHY (2011-14), DENVER: The second-year defensive back was re-signed to the practice squad on Nov. 8. He originally was waived from the practice squad on Sept. 22.

STEVEN NELSON (2013-14), KANSAS CITY: The second-year defensive back had two tackles and a defended pass in a 33-10 win over Denver on Sunday night.

STEPHEN PAEA (2008-10), CLEVELAND: The former Morris Trophy winner was not active for a 20-17 win over San Diego on Saturday.

KYLE PEKO (2015), DENVER: The rookie defensive lineman was released by the Broncos on Sept. 19 and then signed to their practice squad on Sept. 22.

JORDAN POYER (2009-12), CLEVELAND: The former All-American cornerback is on the injured reserve after suffering a lacerated kidney on Oct. 16.

MIKE REMMERS (2008-11), CAROLINA: Mike started at left tackle for the Panthers in a 31-16 loss to Atlanta on Saturday.

JACQUIZZ RODGERS (2008-10), TAMPA BAY: Quizz gained a team-high 63 yards on 15 carries, with a long run of 13 yards; scored on a 3-yard run; had two receptions for 15 yards, with a long play of 12 yards, and also made a tackle in a 31-24 loss to New Orleans on Saturday.

ISAAC SEUMALO (2012-15), PHILADELPHIA: The Philadelphia rookie offensive lineman played but had no stats in a 24-19 win over the New York Giants on Thursday night.

TERRON WARD (2011-14), ATLANTA: The second-year running back was inactive for a 33-16 win over Carolina on Saturday.

MARKUS WHEATON (2009-12), PITTSBURGH: The wide receiver, who has been inactive for much of the season with a shoulder injury, is on injured reserve and out for the rest of the season. He had four catches for 51 yards and a TD in three games.

DYLAN WYNN (2011-14), CLEVELAND: The second-year defensive end is on the injured reserve list and will not play this season.
