CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State wrestling team is not ranked in the Top 25 in this week's USA Today/National Wrestling Coaches Association's poll, which was released on Tuesday.
There was no change at the top. Oklahoma State was again ranked No. 1 by USA Today/NWCA, followed by Penn State, Iowa, Ohio State and Missouri. Future OSU opponents in the rankings were Rutgers (11), Stanford (16), Oklahoma (18), Arizona State (19) and Drexel (25). Future opponent Wyoming also received votes.
OSU returns to action on Dec. 29-30 at the Ken Kraft Midlands Tournament (Dec. 29-30) at Northwestern. That concludes action for the calendar year; dual action resumes at Northern Colorado on Jan. 13, 2017.
Three Beavers earned Top-20 consideration in their respective weight classes by Amateur Wrestling News. Two were ranked by The Open Mat and two by InterMat in those website's weekly evaluations.

OSU begins Pacific-12 Conference action against Stanford on Jan. 30, 2017, at Gill Coliseum. The Beavers are five-time defending Pac-12 champions.
This year's Pac-12 Championships are Feb. 26, at Stanford. The NCAA Championships are March 16-18 at St. Louis.

 - Redshirt junior heavyweight Cody Crawford (8-2) is ranked No. 20 by the AWN. He won the heavyweight title at Reno this past Sunday.
