Tom Fregoso is in his ninth year as an athletic trainer at Oregon State University and his sixth season working with the men's basketball team. As part of his duties, he is in charge of all care and treatment of the men's basketball team and oversees the graduate assistant athletic trainers working with the men's and women's soccer teams. Before he took the position at Oregon State, Fregoso served as the Head of Athletic Training at the University of Portland from 1984 to 2003 and as an Assistant Athletic Trainer working with the football program at the University of Utah. He also currently serves a Staff Athletic Trainer for the United States Soccer Federation and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). Fregoso received his Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from Utah in 1981 and earned his Master's in Sports Psychology from Portland in 1991. Fregoso and his wife, Susie, have two sons, Matt and Jake. |
