CORVALLIS, Ore. – Three Oregon State men’s rowers raced at the U.S. Club Nationals at Oak Ridge, Tenn. last weekend. Henry Prosser, who is racing for the New York Athletic Club, raced against OSU teammates Clark Fisher and Ben Augeri, who are training at the Pennsylvania Athletic Club this summer.

Prosser’s crew won both the men’s senior 8+ and the men’s intermediate 8+ at the US Rowing Club Nationals last weekend at Oak Ridge, Tenn. Prosser’s crews also won the same events at the Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia earlier this month.

Augeri, a coxswain, and Fisher raced together in Penn AC’s top men’s 8+ finishing fourth in the senior men’s 8+ and the men’s intermediate 8+.

NYAC and Penn AC finish the summer racing circuit at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta in St. Catherines, Ontario.

Fisher, who will be a senior in the fall, is a two-time Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team selection and rowed in the 4-seat of the varsity 8 throughout the 2013-14 season. Prosser was also a regular in the V8 rowing in the 2- and 7-seats. Augeri, who transferred to Oregon State from Ohio State in January, coxed the second varsity eight during the spring season.
