Location: Whyte Track & Field Center located adjacent to Hilton Garden Inn on 26th and Western. Hammer will be held at Western Oregon's McArthur Field.

Team Entry Deadline and Procedure: Monday, April 28 at 12 p.m.

Individual Entry Deadline and Procedure: Monday, April 28 at 5 p.m.

  • ALL entries must be completed via www.directathletics.comThis meet requires a password to enter. Here is the link to the meet on Direct Athletics.
  • IF an individual athlete would like to enter the meet, they must send an email to travis.floeck@oregonstate.edu by 12 p.m. on Monday, April 28. The email must state the event the individual wishes to enter and a link to results to verify the entry mark they intend to enter. After they have been approved, they will be given a password in order to enter the meet on Direct Athletics and must do so to complete the registration process.

Accepted Entries: A final list of accepted entries will be posted on Wednesday, April 30.

Field Sizes: We will accept entries so as not to exceed two sections in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 100m hurdles, 110 hurdles and 400m hurdles. Field events will be limited to a maximum of 14 competitors and we reserve the right to accept fewer than 14 competitors based on quality of entries. Entry preference will be given to athletes from NCAA Division I institutions. If you have questions, please email travis.floeck@oregonstate.edu

Scratches: Email scratches to travis.floeck@oregonstate.edu as soon as you know them. There will be NO day-of-meet additions or changes. 

Entry Fee: $200 per invited team per gender if a team's entries are at least 10 athletes per gender. Less than 10 then the team will be charged $20 per accepted athlete (pay at packet pickup). Accepted indivdual/unattached entries will be charged $10 for one accepted event. There will be an additional accepted charge of $5 per additional accepted entry into events (pay at packet pickup). Cash or check will be accepted as payment. Checks can be made out to OSU Athletics.

Facilities: Both hammer events will be contested in Monmouth at Western Oregon University's track and field facility at McArthur Field: http://www.wou.edu/wou/maps/. We allow 1/4-inch spikes maximum for all running events. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Field Events Clerking/Check-In: Clerking/check-in can take place 45 minutes prior and no later than 30 minutes prior to all field events at the event site. Please have all athletes wear assigned bib numbers on the front of their uniforms in every event.

Running Events Clerking/Check-In: There will be a clerking/check-in area for athletes in running events to check in no later than 45 minutes prior to the start of their event or they will be scratched. Those needing hip numbers (800 on up) will be given them at this time. Athletes running in events run in lanes will not need hip numbers. Please have all athletes wear assigned bib numbers on the front of their uniforms in every event.

Medical Tent/Athletic Trainers: Athletic trainers will be available at the Whyte Track & Field Center starting at 12 p.m. on Friday. There will be a designated tent for athletes to see athletic trainers. 

Results: Results will be available online at www.osubeavers.com shortly after the conclusion of the meet. There will be a results table posting results as they become available throughout the meet. Live results will also be available on www.osubeavers.com

Weigh-Ins: All weigh-ins will be at the Whyte Track & Field Center in the weights and measures tent from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hammer weigh-ins will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., with women's implements needing to be checked by 1:15 p.m. at McArthur Field.

Team Tents: In case of inclement weather we advise teams to bring tents for their athletes or some sort of shelter. If you wish to order a tent for your team, you can do so through Special Occasions (541-752-7255). If you wish to order a tent through Special Occasions, please contact them by Monday, April 21. 

Parking: There will be limited parking due to other home events and contests (Mom's Weekend, Baseball, Spring Football). Please let the OSU coaching staff know if your team intends to drive a bus to the meet. There will be reserved parking for buses.
