OREGON STATE – 2014: Storm Woods has started every game of his career, but has also missed three due to injuries … although he has 23 career starts, he has been part of a running back committee that has included Terron Ward … a strong, physical runner with good speed … extremely effective in the passing game, as a blocker, route-runner and receiver … he’ll enter the season with 1,417 career rushing yards, ranking 17th in Oregon State history … also has 753 career receiving yards and is on pace to become the fourth player in OSU history to record 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in his career ... one of only two active running backs in the nation with 100-yards rushing in two bowl games. 2013: Started at tailback in all 11 games in which he played … suffered a head injury at Utah and missed San Diego State and Colorado games … played a key role in the passing attack with eight games with at least four receptions … rushed for 107 yards on 16 carries and a touchdown against Boise State in the Hawai’i Bowl – one of only two 100+ rushing games for OSU. 2012: Started 12 out of the 13 games – missed the Arizona State game due to a left knee injury … had breakout performance at Arizona with 29 carries for 161 yards and one touchdown … 118 yards rushing and two touchdowns against Texas in the Valero Alamo Bowl – earned the Bowl’s Sportsmanship Award … had three other games of 90 yards or more (at UCLA, at Washington & at Stanford) … third on the team with 38 receptions … rushed for 13 touchdowns in 2012; tied for eighth-best for a single season at OSU … rushed for three touchdowns against Utah. 2011: Redshirt … played as the primary running back on the Beavers’ scout team, where he shared MVP as voted by his teammates with Naji Patrick.

PFLUGERVILLE: Three-year letterman and starter for the Panthers … First Team All-District honors as a sophomore and senior … All-State Honorable Mention as a senior … rushed for 1,216 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior, also accounted for 145 yards receiving and one interception … as a sophomore and junior combined he rushed for 1,257 yards and 13 touchdowns - suffered a knee injury his junior season that curtailed his playing … KEYE-TV Player of the Week for a September 2009 game after rushing for 243 yards and three touchdowns … also played basketball.

PERSONAL: Born March 6, 1993 in East Austin, Texas … son of Richey Woods and Faith Barrs … has two  sisters, Dianna and Ashley … 3.50 cumulative GPA … member of the National Honor Society, school Honor Roll and class officer … chose OSU because “it felt like home away from home” … majoring in human development and family sciences with an option in human services.
